Where exactly are the villas located?
We’re nestled in the peaceful village of Sayan, just 15 minutes from central Ubud and 10 minutes from The Four Seasons. Surrounded by lush greenery and local charm, our villas offer both seclusion and convenience. We are listed on
Google Maps for ease of access.

How do I get to the villas from the airport?
We’re about 90 minutes from Ngurah Rai International Airport (Denpasar). Ayu, our Hideaways Host and Villa Manager can arrange private transfers directly to your villa and back for a smooth and stress-free stay.

Do the villas have private pools?
Both La Casita and Casa Felice feature their own private pools - perfect for a peaceful morning swim or a lazy afternoon by the water.

Please note: the pools are 1.4 metres at the deepest point, so not suitable for diving. Also note that the villas open directly onto the pool areas, therefore extra care is advised for families with young children.

Is breakfast included?
You’ll be welcomed with a basket of local produce to help you settle in. If you’d like meals prepared during your stay, Ayu, our Hideaways Host and Villa Manager will be happy to share in-house Chef or catering options with you either before or during your stay, including availability and pricing.

If you would like a Floating Breakfast in the pool, please book at least 24 hours in advance through our Villa Manager, letting her know your menu preference and any dietary requirements.

A variety of supermarkets and convenience stores are close by. In addition, apps such as Grab and Gojek, as well as local Warungs and restaurants deliver in minutes.

Ayu, our Hideaways Host and Villa Manager will be on hand to help you - she can even book you an in-villa cookery class & guided local market shopping tour!

Can I book spa treatments at the villa?
Absolutely - we have everything needed onsite so that you can be pampered at home. We’ve partnered with trusted local therapists from a local 5 star hotel resort who offer in-villa massages and spa treatments including mani-pedis.

Ayu, our Hideaways Host and Villa Manager can also arrange private wellness classes including but not limited to: yoga, sound healing and meditation. Just ask her to arrange a treatment time that suits your schedule.

Do you offer daily housekeeping?
We do. Our discreet and friendly team visits during the day to refresh your villa and ensure everything is in perfect condition for your stay. Should you wish to have a specific schedule, please inform us prior to your stay.

Are the villas suitable for children?
Casa Felice is well-suited for families, while La Casita is ideal for couples (we have a travel cot onsite suitable for a baby or toddler, and can arrange more if required) or solo travellers. However, because each villa opens directly onto the pool, we advise close supervision of young children, particularly those sleeping in separate bedrooms.

Is there transport available for daily use?

Yes, we have reliable drivers working with us who have a variety of vehicles depending on the size of your group and specific requirements. Our Villa Manager will be able to assist with bookings. If you require a car seat, please share with us the details of your requirement no less than 72 hours prior to your arrival.

What plug sockets are used in Bali?

In order to make life easy for our guests, we have fitted international plug sockets throughout both villas, some with USB ports for your charging requirements. Please check with our Hideaways Host whether we have compatibility for your region.

What about the Wi-Fi?

Should you need to work during your stay there are a variety of places to set up a work station and hi-speed Wi-Fi to ensure the best connection. Note that there can be atmospheric challenges for the Wi-Fi which are outside our control.

What TV Channels are available? Throughout the villas are smart Samsung Bravia TV’s, so that you connect to your own provider such as Netflix or Prime, or mirror from your device to the screen.

Is there a washing machine onsite? Yes, there is a Samsung washing machine and separate Samsung tumble-dryer onsite which can be used by guests.

Alternatively, we can arrange for your laundry to be washed and ironed locally at very reasonable prices with fast turnaround times.

There is also a steam iron and ironing board, as well as clothes airers, should you require.

Our Villa Manager will be on-hand to assist with coordinating your laundry requirements. Kindly note that using the laundry items onsite is at the guest’s own risk.

What facilities are in the kitchen?

Both villas come equipped with an induction hob, microwave oven/grill, air-fryer, rice cooker, kettle, toaster and a variety of pots, pans, and serving dishes to make your stay comfortable. Whether you are a tea or coffee person, there is an infusion teapot as well as a French press to suit your needs. We can connect you with local coffee roasteries and herbal tea suppliers who will deliver a variety of organic beans and leaves.

What amenities are in the bathrooms & bedrooms? All bathrooms are all equipped with powerful rain showers, and there is a beautiful standalone bath in La Casita, and also in 2 of the suites in Casa Felice. Both villas have a separate Powder Room close to the living area for your visitors.

We have partnered with Sensatia Botanicals for our toiletry products - we have selected their Rosemary and Mint range, details of which can be found on their website. There is a powerful hairdryer in each bedroom and in the spa. Ample Egyptian Cotton bath sheets and hand towels are also provided along with separate pool towels.

The bedrooms have lots of wardrobe space with wooden hangers, as well as shelves and drawers. We have partnered with Heveya Bali for their sumptuous and cooling bamboo cotton bedlinen, and our King Koil mattresses were carefully chosen for a blissful night’s sleep.

What about safety and security in the villas?

For your peace of mind, we have installed CCTV cameras covering the driveway and entrance to the villas, and each bedroom has a digital safe for your precious items. You will also be given your own set of keys for your villa to lock up when not home.

What is your cancellation policy?
We will try to be as flexible as possible, depending on your dates and length of stay. You'll see the full details at the time of booking, or you're welcome to reach out to us directly for more information. Please be mindful to let us know your plans with as much notice as possible - we are a small business so appreciate your consideration.

Can I stay longer than a week?
Absolutely! We would love to be your Dream Hideaway for extended holidays, wellness escapes, or remote working retreats. Our location is the perfect base to easily explore the Island.
