TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Booking & Payment
Reservation Confirmation: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. For bookings made within 60 days of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer, Pay Pal or through a booking provider. Please note that credit card payments may incur a processing fee.
Currency: All rates are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified. Exchange rates may vary; guests are responsible for any bank charges or currency conversion fees.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made within 120 days before arrival: 50% of the total rental amount will be forfeited.
Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival: 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited.
No-Show: Failure to arrive without prior notice will be treated as a cancellation, and no refund will be provided.
Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend obtaining comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, including cancellations, delays, and medical emergencies.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-In: From 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.
Check-Out: By 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated upon request, subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Security Deposit
To ensure the quality and upkeep of our villas, a refundable security deposit is required at the time of booking.
Amount: A security deposit of USD 300 for La Casita and USD 500 for Casa Felice is required per stay.
Payment: This deposit will be added to your total invoice and must be paid alongside your booking payment.
Refund Terms: The deposit will be refunded in full via wore transfer within 7 days after check-out, provided there is no damage, excessive cleaning required, or unpaid charges for additional services.
Deductions: Any costs related to damage, breakages, missing items, or extra cleaning will be deducted from the deposit. If damages exceed the deposit amount, guests will be invoiced separately.
We kindly ask guests to treat the villas with care and notify us of any accidental damage. We’ll always approach these matters with fairness and understanding.
Occupancy & Use
Guest Numbers: The number of guests must not exceed the number stated in the booking confirmation. Unauthorized guests may result in additional charges or termination of the rental agreement.
Children & Safety: Our villas open directly onto private pools, which are 1.4 meters at the deepest point. We advise that children, especially those sleeping in separate rooms, are supervised at all times. Guests are responsible for their children's safety.
Events & Parties: Events, parties, or gatherings are not permitted without prior written approval. Unauthorized events may result in additional charges or immediate termination of the rental agreement.
Villa Services
Welcome Basket: Upon arrival, guests will receive a welcome basket featuring local produce to help you settle in.
Meal Preparation: Should you wish to have meals prepared during your stay, please inform our Hideaway Host in advance. We can provide options and associated costs for in-villa dining experiences.
Housekeeping: Daily housekeeping services are included. Additional services such as laundry or babysitting can be arranged upon request and may incur extra charges.
Guest Responsibilities
Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages or losses incurred during their stay. Costs for repairs or replacements will be deducted from the security deposit or charged separately if necessary.
Conduct: Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards neighbors and staff. Excessive noise, illegal activities, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement without refund.
Smoking & Pets: Smoking is prohibited inside the villas. Pets are not allowed unless prior written approval has been obtained and will require an additional Security Deposit amount to be paid, which will be refunded should there be no damage.
Liability
Dream Hideaways Bali is not liable for:
Any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur during your stay.
Loss or damage to personal belongings.
Delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or travel restrictions.
Access & Maintenance
Our staff may require access to the villas for routine maintenance or to provide agreed-upon services. We will endeavor to minimize any inconvenience during such times.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Indonesian courts.
